In short: no cookies, no analytics, no third-party content on page load. The nearest-laundromat search runs only in your browser. The legally binding version is the German privacy policy.

2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open a page, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data, browser, operating system, referring page) to deliver the website and protect it from abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement with All-Inkl is in place.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts, images and maps are hosted on our own server.

4. “Find the nearest one” (location)

If you click “Find the nearest one”, your browser asks whether it may share your location. If you agree, the page calculates the distance to the 7 laundromats on your device only. Your location is not sent to us or anyone else and is not stored (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent in your browser settings at any time.

5. Links to Google Maps, OpenStreetMap and WhatsApp

Links such as “Directions” or “Google Maps” open Google Maps in a new window (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin). Only then is data transferred to Google, under the terms of Google. The same applies to links to OpenStreetMap and WhatsApp.

6. Contact

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Contact service@washandgo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection Baden-Württemberg.
